The Self Defense Training course. There are two types of people in this world Pray and Predators. These Predators typically focus on the weak and the vulnerable. They typically try and take what isn’t theirs either through persuasion or force or want to hurt or humiliate others. Self-defense training is the use of physical force to counter an immediate threat of violence. When you train in self-defense, you gain the tools to stay safe from danger. It helps develop self-discipline, it improves your street awareness, teaches you self-respect, helps you develop a fighters reflex a warrior spirit and builds self confidence
Our self-defense program are designed to be used in real life situations, and in real life you don’t get to pick your bad guy. Anyone can be targeted by an attacker, and everyone deserves to have the ability to improve their defenses. (3 hour course)
(Please wear comfortable clothes with no zippers or belts with buckles and no Jewelry.)
